I was going to take advantage of the shuttle they offer to drop me off at wor Slipped in for the FCFS lifetime oil change I purchased with my vehicle. I was going to take advantage of the shuttle they offer to drop me off at work, but my service manager told me the vehicle would be done in an hour. I decided to wait. I eased over to the waiting area, sank into one of their comfy chairs and starting cruising the World Wide Web on the free internet provided. Less than an hour later I was released, got a print out of other things I should get fixed and I was out of there. I strolled into work before the 8 am bell went off. Great way to start my day. More

Service department was clean and everyone was friendly. The only thing that would have made the experience better was if I'd gotten my truck back washed. I've had that happened in the past with other dealerships. To me, that was taking the extra step in great service. I am still happy with Lithia. More
