My second purchase from Avondale Toyota and Tommy Severado Last February I stopped at Avondale Toyota to look at new Siennas as I was planning to buy one later in the year. I told Tommy Severado what I was and wasn't looking for and he had exactly the van I wanted so I bought it then rather than waiting. He was kind enough to come to my home and help me remove all my personal items from my old Sienna which was no small task! When I needed a new car I did some research and decided a Camry would be what I needed and never considered contacting anyone but Tommy. I emailed him with what I was looking for and made an appointment. Two hours after my arrival I drove out in my new Camry! The entire purchase so so streamlined it was great. More importantly, it was great to have a salesperson listen to what I was looking for and not try to sell me more vehicle than I needed. I so appreciate that and how my time was not wasted, he knew what was in stock that would suit my needs. More

Best Dealership experience I've ever had- period I've bought probably 15 vehicles from dealerships in the last 25 years, both new and used. I've had pretty good experiences but my most recent purcha I've bought probably 15 vehicles from dealerships in the last 25 years, both new and used. I've had pretty good experiences but my most recent purchase topped them all. At no point from walking on the lot last summer 'just curious about a Tacoma' until last weekend when I finally worked a deal, did I feel any pressure to 'buy now'. Tommy Severado was patient and professional from start to finish. He clearly knows the products and approaches the process from client's perspective- very refreshing. He made the entire experience seamless, efficient and fun! He did something few people are capable of these days... He listened intently- very impressive. I will go out of my way to recommend this guy, an honest sales professional. The dealership is beautiful and inviting- overall a wonderful experience. Thanks, love the truck! Wyatt More

He called the next day to confirm I was ok driving the car home since I had to take a few minutes to acquaint myself with the car and it was a late in the evening when I drove back to Phoenix. More

I was frustrated not finding a dealer that sales people were honest. Until i went to Avondale toyota. TOMMY SEVERADO was great! He helped me through the entire process. I found exactly what i was looking for and his customer service and honesty were amazing. He listens and offers you what is best for u. Not like the other dealers where they offer u the car that they make the most profit out of. I cant be more happy. Ask for tommy and you wont regret it. More

Our first visit to Avondale was a very positive one but we felt we still needed to do some research on other dealers. It turned out we just wasted our time. We returned to Avondale Toyota to find that we received the same excellent treatment as we did in our first visit. Everyone was very accommodating from the greeters all the way to the sales people, Even the ones that weren't helping us. We dealt with Tommy Severado and our experience was excellent. No pushy sales tactics, no games and no hovering. Tommy showed us everything we wanted to see, never tried to push us in any direction and gave us all the info we needed to make a good decision for our purchase. We were coming up from Tucson, and Tommy made sure to keep in communication with us as we were traveling, and had Tony waiting for us when we arrived, as he was helping others. Tony actually got us a better rate on our loan than we had anticipated! The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating was we had to go back up several weeks later for a second key fob, and wait for 2 hours for it to be programmed (and a free :) carwash), which was an inconvenience. We were quoted a waiting time of an hour and half, when I asked about the status, after waiting 2 hours, the service manager, Mike, seemed annoyed I was even asking. BUT, overall, great place, great people and I got a free carwash out of the service call! More
