Poor Dealership Terrible experience. They refused to honor the “$3,000 trade in on any vehicle” promotion that they recently had. I did not receive any logical answ Terrible experience. They refused to honor the “$3,000 trade in on any vehicle” promotion that they recently had. I did not receive any logical answer as to why. If my wife didn’t want the stupid car so bad, we would have walked out. They also did not make good on their promise to provide Sierra-at-Tahoe Ski Lift passes, another promotion. I would recommend driving to Carson City or Fernley. Lithia Subaru is a Bad dealership with deceitful trade practices, false advertising and I would not recommend them to anyone More

We worked directly with Dennis Lynch and Tomas Sumauskas. Dennis and Tomas were not forceful in their sales approach. Dennis allowed us to test drive several vehicles, giving us the abitly to make a decision based on facts and what made sense for our family. I would recommend Lithia Reno Subaru to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. More

I was greeted with a friendly hello, they got me to the person I had the appointment with. Shelly Thomas walked me through the entire process from start to finish. She answered all my question. She is very professional knows her job ( cars), and she will make sure you get the right color car you want. Even if that means walking down the street to another location to get it. She did that for me! I would recommend Lithia Reno Subaru to anyone who is looking for not only the best price, but really good customer service as well.
