They were straight forward with what they could give me for my trade and price on my new vehicle. They were courteous, responsive and there were no hidden tricks. Buying a new car is a stressful experience so it is good to go to a dealer that at least shows they actually want and appreciate your business. I would definitely buy a vehicle from Gates again in the future. More
