Tom provided us with all the information we needed to make our decision to lease our first Subaru for our daughter. Safety is key and with Subaru Safety is it top notch!! Comfortable Car Buying Experience I recently wanted to upgrade my 2012 Outback to something bigger. It had been an excellent car. I researched various SUV's and came back to the Subaru I recently wanted to upgrade my 2012 Outback to something bigger. It had been an excellent car. I researched various SUV's and came back to the Subaru Ascent as being the best value for safety, reliabilty,and features. I found the car I wanted at Prestige Subaru and made an appointment for a test drive. I met Tom Toppi who made the rest of the buying process a breeze. Financing was easy with Dan ODonnell who also let me customize my extended service plan. More

This was my third leased Forester with Prestige, and also third time with Tom Toppi. Tom is very nice, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. I would rather not give any stars because I’ve been dealing with the service department at Prestige for over 2 years now, and it has gone downhill dramatically. I brought my car in for an oil change an dealing with the service department at Prestige for over 2 years now, and it has gone downhill dramatically. I brought my car in for an oil change and was told they needed to replace a rear differential axle part and it needed to be ordered. I bring it back and they replace the front and give me the car back with a broken lug stud, I drove it to work not knowing and it felt and sounded like the front wheel was about to come off, I was so scared driving it. I call to let them know and was told I should have the car towed there and the service department acted as if I was inconveniencing them and over reacting. The service department manager did apologize and offer to give me a refund for my deductible days later but then I never heard back from him so don’t think he was actually trying to refund me anything. As far as I’m concerned, they don’t care if they mess your car up as long as they get money out of you. Wonder if their techs even know what they’re doing. The car should’ve been test driven, and they should’ve offered to get the car when I called to let them know the issue especially since they have recently offered pickup and delivery service. I will never go to this service department ever again or purchase a vehicle from Prestige, I’ve had nothing but issues with this so called pre certified vehicle they sold me in 2017. Time to go elsewhere, they lost a very good customer! More
