I started in the car business as a 21 year old kid not knowing what I wanted to with my life and decided to sell cars during summer break. As I gained experience, I learned quickly that the best way to become successful in the car business is to help customers through the stressful process and make a friend. Happy New Owner of a Ford Fusion I showed up at the dealership to see a specific salesman at the recommendation of a dear friend. I had seen a number of other cars at a few other dealerships and had one in mind somewhere else. I wasn't sure that I wanted to look further but stopped anyway to hear what Tom Stancil had to say. Well I'm glad I did. Tom sat my kids and I down and talked to me about what I needed. I told him my price range and he respected that. He then showed us around the inventory on hand that fit my price range. I took my kids on an extended drive in a 2009 Fusion. By the time the test drive was over the kids and I were in love with the car. We returned and started the paperwork. I was amazed how quickly we were finished and my payment came in less than my budgeted maximum. I have to say this was a stellar experience. I would certainly recommend this dealership, Tom my salesman, and Craig the finance guy. They got the deal done while respecting my budget and got it done quickly. Nice job guys!! From the time I walked into the store, I never felt they pressured us into buying anything. They asked us what our needs were and then tried to find the car that fit our needs. Wow, what can I say, Tom was excellent. Patient during the sales process, explained everything, went out of his way to search several times for different cars as I changed what I wanted, worked with me in the sales process, explained everything, went out of his way to search several times for different cars as I changed what I wanted, worked with me in trying to find the best way to finance my car and get the most out of the rebates from Ford, and he gave me a great deal on my trade in. While trying to decide between 3 different models and walking back and forth across the lot checking seat comfort, head room, ease of entry, etc., I asked Tom to bring all three cars to one spot and put them side by side. He didn't roll his eyes, grimace, or give me reasons why he couldn't do it. He just smiled, said that it was a good idea, and went and drove them over. He let me climb in and out repeatedly, answered all my questions, and demonstrated the different functions and amenities of each one. There was no hurry, no pressure, and he said it was fine if I wanted to bring someone else to look at them and give me their opinion. When my car came in, he cheerfully programmed my phone,showed me all the gadgets, and again answered all my questions. He's a real gem, and if you forget how something works, just go back in and he'll explain it all again! More

I went in for an oil change and left with a new car for a price and payment I liked. Tom is very easy to communicate with and understands what you are saying.
