For my good fortune to the person who answered saturday was the same as that received me and was the person who sold me the car JAY PRESLEY. All the information they told me over the pho If you are looking for a dealership with people who will lie to your face- Garavel Subary is your place. All the information they told me over the phone about the 2-year-old car was not true. I spoke directly with the Sales manager to be sure that I got all the correct information before driving two hours to this place. The options they advertised through the phone were NOT what I saw after driving two hours. The dealership lied about the carfax incident reported for this car. I was told that there was a very small paint job done on the rear bumper. When I saw this car, it was very clear that it was NOT factory painted. I am sure it was a major accident and the car should be selling for much less. After I confronted the sales person about this he completely lost interest. I feel very sorry for people who will trust this dealership. You should really stay away from this place if you do not want to be taken advantage of. More

We knew we wanted a Subaru Outback, but there are My wife and I had never bought a car together before, even though we've been married for ten years. We knew we wanted a Subaru Outback, but there are four Subaru dealerships in our area. We spoke to all of them, and Garavel was by far the most responsive, friendly, professional, and attentive. To be honest, a few of the others seemed almost dismissive, as if it didn't matter if we bought the car, because someone would end up buying the limited inventory anyway. Maybe they are right, but Joseph Zerbo made us feel valued and wanted. Joe worked with us on options (buy v. lease, packages, monthly payments, etc.), and then Tom walked us through the numbers. He was also very professional and clear so we had no questions. Joe stayed in close contact once we had signed on the dotted line to make sure we knew when to expect delivery of the vehicle. When it arrived, to meet our work schedule, Joe and a colleague drove it to our house. I just brought the car in for the first oil change, and Joe was there to take care of us again. He paid out of pocket, himself, for the front license plate bracket that didn't come with the car when we got it, because it's the law to have a front plate in NY, and Joe didn't think we should absorb that cost. I would recommend to anyone to work with Joe and Garavel Subaru. More

Great Experience dealing with this Dealership..... I had purchased my second Subaru back in 2012 and did not feel comfortable at all.... 2014 arrives and I ended up by picking up a new Impreza 2014. This time, I worked with Valentina and what a difference ! Very professional and Valentina understands her business through and through. She actually cares about her customers. !! Imagine that..! She made it so much easier with the transaction of the paper work besides the back office to accounting which has changed 100% for the better... Everybody has been extremely helpful...!! I will continue mentioning my great experience at Garavel dealership !! More
