I am beside myself as I write this. My car was towed to Tasca Ford 2 weeks ago. I need a new transmission on a 4 year old car. In addition to the fact that I have no ETA as to how long My car was towed to Tasca Ford 2 weeks ago. I need a new transmission on a 4 year old car. In addition to the fact that I have no ETA as to how long I will be without a car, I was PROMISED a loaner last week by Brian. Noone will return my call. I emailed you as well yesterday Mr. Moran to no response. I am literally going to lose my job which I explained to multiple people. I cant afford one more Uber . I just spoke to 4 different people to be told, sorry, there are no loaners. You're on the list. I am disgusted with how I've been treated and your lack of concern regarding my job. More

My experience has been good with everyone I have interacted with at Tasca. While there was an initial issue with the computer in the truck, Tom Moran, General Manager, and Brian Beaudry and Jessica interacted with at Tasca. I was sold a truck that Tasca knew was broken. They cleared the codes before selling me the truck. It broke down on my way home on May 30, 2023 and it still isn't fixed.
