Treated like a VIP I dread having to take my car into the shop and having to deal with the anxiety of being without my vehicle, but all of those feelings slipped away wh I dread having to take my car into the shop and having to deal with the anxiety of being without my vehicle, but all of those feelings slipped away when arriving at my Ford dealership. Tom Martin put me at ease and hooked me up with the very capable Dakota. Dakota made me feel important and reassured me that my car was in good hands and I’d be on my way that day. In only a few hrs time, I was back on the road in my own car. Big shout out to the Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford dealership in Lewisville. This is why they’re my go to. More

On our latest trip in to buy a car, we worked with Tom Martin, our go to guy at Five Star Ford in Lewisville. He is a United States Army Veteran who was recently on deployment. We waited for his return to make our new car purchase because he has always treated us with great professionalism. This purchase was no exception. He continues to be an outstanding professional who holds the needs of the buyer as his priority. He worked closely with us to get the car we wanted with a deal that was right for us. During this visit, we also had the opportunity to work with Joseph Bonnette as he was assisting with our purchase. I contacted Tom Martin who is my salesman for many years and found that he is now a DFirector of Internet sales. Tom worked up my deal and offered me several options to choose from. We arrived at the F150 I purchased mostly by phone and email. Tom has been my go-to guy on several deals and this time due to his position he had me worked with Eric Karban a senior salesman. We had worked once before with Eric when my wife purchased an Explorer. Eric was great and assisted us in getting the deal completed and getting the truck ready for delivery. Eric turned us over to Ben in Finance who did a great job of explaining all the numbers and other additions if we wanted them. He was fast and very efficient. We were in an out under 2 hours (fastest ever for us. I can not say enough good things about Tom, Eric, and Ben. I trust them with my family, friends, and co workers. More

There are still good folks Tom and Megan really pulled off a miracle. My old car had 110,000 miles. I needed a new car due to no warranty left. They was able to work out a deal with a vehicle I liked but while they were doing the paper something told me it just was not right for me. I told Megan and Tom the vehicle just didn't feel right. Tom was a little annoyed but understood. Before I walked out the door he ask me if he could show me this other car. They pulled me the car of my dreams. On top of that, our credit did have problems. But they were to get my payments where I wanted them. They were both straight shooters but they pulled it off. Thank God for good people like these two. God Bless you Tom and Megan. I presented a problem that dealerships near me could not solve. Less than two hours later, I was driving away in a better vehicle, with a better interest rate, than I could have anticipated. For the first time, buying a new vehicle was a pleasurable experience, instead of the agonizing chore I expected it to be, given my previous encounters with dubious salespeople. I kept both, Tom's and Ulices', cards and will be pestering them when it comes time to purchase another vehicle! More

Tom Martin (fleet director), had the cars in the lot and ready for us when we arrived. Ulices Tellez answered all of our questions and stayed past hours for us to test drive our selections. They gave us honest opinions of the two that we were considering. We left with the information that they provided to make our final decision. (No pressure). We called this morning, completed the information that they needed and picked up the Explorer after work. Easy transaction.
