Arthur was wonderful I appreciated his patience and communication while I was trying to make a choice of a vehicle. Arthur felt like family and really went the extra mile to service me. Wow, what a great experience I had at Sloan Toyota. Everyone we dealt with was warm and welcoming (and not in a “just because I want to get this sale” way) Arthur was our sales associate and unbelievab Everyone we dealt with was warm and welcoming (and not in a “just because I want to get this sale” way) Arthur was our sales associate and unbelievably patient even when I switched back-and-forth between cars that I wanted to test drive and asked to test drive ones I’d already driven again (hey, I’m indecisive….. what can I say?) He put the cars next to each other so I could compare them. He pointed out how all the “extras” worked on the car and details that I would have totally missed. This was the fourth dealership I’d been to and NO other salesperson gave that kind of time and attention. Once I made the decision to buy they even detailed the car to correct a few things that were missed (okay, so I’m picky too!) Finally, Arthur sent me home with a little toy car for my daughter. Definitely the way to win over this Mama’s heart. Win on all counts. More

Alex was very patient with our many questions. Very knowledgeable. Alex not only took the time to answer our questions, but offered to find out the correct answer if he did not know. Alex is very professional and helpful.
