Unprofessional bully! Refused to let me turn in my lease, refused calls from acura finance company, Told me he had too many cars on the lot and to take my car to a different dealership. Said "nothing you say refused calls from acura finance company, Told me he had too many cars on the lot and to take my car to a different dealership. Said "nothing you say or do will make me take your car". I would never do business with Rick Case after dealing with Tom Krizanic the worst sales manager ever. More
