FILED A COMPLAINT WITH BBB AND ARKANSAS ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE!!! Great Management Team !!!! Never use McLarty Daniel Nissan service department! !!! I purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze from McLarty Daniel Nis OFFICE!!! Great Management Team !!!! Never use McLarty Daniel Nissan service department! !!! I purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze from McLarty Daniel Nissan about a month ago, I haven’t even made a payment on it. Was quoted over the phone $194 by Adam. Then when I arrived they charged me $242 for a gas cap replacement. $39.95 for gas cap, $150 diagnostic, and $48 in taxes!!! I guess ADAM can’t read a computer screen correctly! Not covered under any warranty they said! Talked to Service manager Charles the next day, “You paid for services he said and you’re out of luck!!! We won’t give you your money back!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO YOUR DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will never go back!!! More

Wow! TJ in the service department restored my faith in humanity. He worked with me to be able to get my car back on the road in top condition and he made TJ in the service department restored my faith in humanity. He worked with me to be able to get my car back on the road in top condition and he made me feel like I was more than just another customer or number. I know where my vehicle will go in the future for repair and where my next new car purchase will be. It may sound like a paid review but I assure you this is a heartfelt review from a real satisfied American! More
