I have worked professionally within the automotive industry since 1992. Nearly all of the time has been on the retail side, however, I spent several years venturing into automotive publishing. One of the more interesting Toyota projects I worked on was with author and Toyota enthusiast Moses Ludel and his piece The Toyota Truck & Land Cruiser Owner's Bible. I've worked for Bob Moran, owner of Acton Toyota of Littleton, for the last 6 years with a little more than one year here at Acton Toyota. In that time, I've become a Toyota Certified sales representative. In my free time, I am a singer and songwriter.

We recently purchased a new 2009 Prius from Tom Downing at Acton Toyota in Littleton. He spent a great deal of time answering all of our questions, was extremely helpful, patient, and nice to work wit at Acton Toyota in Littleton. He spent a great deal of time answering all of our questions, was extremely helpful, patient, and nice to work with -- the complete opposite of the stereotypical "car salesman" we encountered earlier when buying our first Prius at a different dealership. And we were happy with the price we paid. We intend to take BOTH of our Priuses to Acton Toyota for servicing. The service department is attractive, and has a comfortable waiting area for customers, including computer work stations, an enclosed play area for children, and a free coffee/juice bar. Customers can book their own appointments online, which will be a real convenience for us. All in all, a very good experience. More

The experience at Acton Toyota was very positive from the online quote (only company to provide me with one up front) to the interaction with the Internet Sales person, Tom Downing. I expected to be at the dealership for an extended period of time and was surprised to find that the entire process (test drive to completing required paperwork) to purchase my new car took less that 2.5 hours!
