I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Acton Toyota of Littleton. What started out as a casual new 4runner shopping (I still had a 1997 4runner with 262,500miles on it that experience with Acton Toyota of Littleton. What started out as a casual new 4runner shopping (I still had a 1997 4runner with 262,500miles on it that was running very well) quickly turned into a stressful shopping with dead end results at Girard Toyota in CT., Colchester Toyota in CT. & Ira Toyota of Danvers, MA. The worst being Ira Toyota. After 5-7 days of communication via internet with Ira(Todd Stump), I could not commit to a time for a test drive(2 hr drive for me) & they would not commit to a price until I did. When I finally told them that the "deal" would in no way be made by the end of the month of February, which is what they requested of me, they dropped me like a hot potato. They replied with "We'll be in touch next month!!" Come to find out the vehicle we were negotiating about was already swapped out of their dealership. Good thing I didn't make the drive!! I was so frustrated & didn't have a NEED for a new vehicle so I said enough of this nonsense for now. Then curiosity got the best of me & I started searching the web again with a description of the exact 4runner I wanted when it was time to get it. This is when I came across Acton Toyota. They had the vehicle in their inventory. I gave it a shot & sent them my price offer. Not only did they accept it,they promised to hold the vehicle for me until we could go up to the dealership to test drive it(which they did hold it). Besides a few communication "bumps" that were straightened out quickly & efficiently (my husband & I were both working on this)the whole process went very smoothly. From the test drive,to the paperwork, to the delivery of the vehicle to my driveway, I was just waiting for it to fall apart b/c of my previous bad experiences. But it all went well & I am a VERY happy owner of a brand new 2010 Toyota 4runner thanx to Tom Downing, Scott Bristol and Jack Lloyd...You guys are awesome!! I came into Acton Toyota looking for a new vehicle. From start to finish Tom Downing was great to work with. Tom stayed with the deal well beyond me signing the paperwork and made sure my experience was perfect. I will absolutely recommend any one looking for a Toyota to this dealership and specifically Tom Downing. Joe Pesi in finance was also extremely professional and easy to deal with, again not trying to jam additional sales beyond my needs. Extended warranty a great product. Thanks to all at Acton Toyota that were part of my purchase. It was a pleasure from start to finish. More

Both of them have worked very hard to show me all the options I had to get me the car I wanted. In the meanwhile, they gave me space to let me make decision. I really appreciated it. I also had the chance working with Shawn, he has walked me through the final procedures nicely and thoroughly, taken care all the details. I have enjoyed my visits there. More

This was our frst purchase from Acton Toyota. The sales personel were wonderful. We toured the facilities which are very customer friendly. There was no high pressure just what we were looking for. As soon as we walked in, everyone greeted us and were so friendly. No one pressured you for a sale, like some other dealerships. We had already dealt with Tom on-line and he had everything ready for us to friendly. No one pressured you for a sale, like some other dealerships. We had already dealt with Tom on-line and he had everything ready for us to look at when we walked in. They are very organized with the receptionist paging/finding the sales team. Tom showed us around the dealership, which is an unbelievable place! We were offered a free beverage, etc. Then he let us test drive the car by ourselves, which I thought was unusual(usually the salesman comes in the car with you). The car was in tremendous shape for a used vehicle, and it didn't take me long to decide to purchase it. There were a few scratches on the bumper and I asked if they could paint it and touch this and that up, which they did! Tom had it ready for me in a few days, paperwork, sticker, new plate! I can't say it enough, but what a wonderful experience it was to work with this dealership and Tom!! He's a great and pleasant guy!! More

We visited Acton Toyota to test drive a RAV-4. The dealership is clean and new and very comfortable. Customer service was excellent. At the time, we were not prepared to negotiate or buy and we were not pressured to do so. After doing additional research, we returned to Acton Toyota to purchase a vehicle. Tom was helpful and organized, and we were very satisfied with our overall experience. We had a long wait for inspection/registration several days later, but the dealership has a comfortable waiting area with a cafeteria and wireless internet. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and would recommend Acton Toyota highly. More
