Our 2013 Honda car was making a noise, so naturally we took it to Mungenast. We were told that the noise was in the engine due to loose part and was not recommended to open the engine to repair as this would be cost prohibitive. The technician did not believe there was any harm at driving the car as such. My husband then decided to continue to drive the car a few months with the assurance that was conveyed to him that there was no concern. I became worried and asked him to take the car to another dealership for a 2nd opinion. Today we were told we need the VTC Actuator replaced and possibly the Timing Chain. All together we are looking at a $2400 repair cost. Finally to make matters worst, I had my oil change yesterday at Mungenast, but when I collected my car, the dashboard still stated 30% Oil life. In the best case scenario the technician just forgot to switch a button to restate the oil life but at worst they did not change my oil. I have 0 confidence in their ability and will not be returning as a customer. More

He thanked us for using Mungenast for our purchase and offered to answer any questions. Jessica Mungenast then walked us through all our options for insurance and made the purchase very easy. My mom bought a car from Kurt two years ago and when it came time for me to get a new vehicle, we went back to him. He listened to what I was looking for and offered options I didn't know existed within my budget and that had my must-have items. The other staff at Mungenast were excellent, too. They interacted with our young sons while we test drove and filled out paperwork and made them feel welcome and like part of the process, too. When it came time to get to the nitty-gritty paperwork, Brandon was awesome. He explained our financing options, asked questions to help us determine what we might need (or might not need) and was a pleasure to work with. Great dealership and we will be back when the time comes for another vehicle! More
