They have continued to assist me not only with regard to any questions that I have about it but also in coordinating various additions like paint protection and undercoating that will protect the vehicle for years to come. I am so pleased with the help and service they have provided. I have to say that I have never had this type of an experience before at any car dealership and believe me I have been to a lot throughout the years. I was treated with the utmost respect. I did not expect this after searching for a car and getting very discouraged along the way in a large part because of the way I was treated (not to mention some of the prices)! Every question I asked was answered and I was not made to feel rushed or pushed in any way. I was also given a great price on the car which made the whole experience even better. I do not hesitate to say please go to them when looking for a new or used car. You will not be sorry and it will be a wonderful experience!! More

This is the second preowned vehicle we bought from Elmer since mid January! We contacted Elmer, who still had our contact information, to let him know what our interest was this time. Elmer was so prompt in contacting us whenever something of interest became available. We did decide on the 2006 Civic...our experience with Honda's has been so good we wanted to stay with the brand. It was such a huge convenience having Elmer keep his eyes open for us! Otherwise, we would be running from dealer to dealer to see what was out there at that time. This way, our confidence in Elmer and the Honda brand made this purchase very easy and it seems he did all the pre-work for us!! We truly appreciated that! I have already recommended both Elmer and the St. Louis Honda dealer to some friends who have kids the same age....and need cars! More

I bought my first Honda in 2002 from St. Louis Honda, another in 2009, and this 2008 used Odyssey while having service done on my 2002 Odyssey. All service on my Honda's have been done at this agency. They are the best. I have been buying cars for the last 58 years and have never found the service I receive at St. Louis Honda. From service to purchase they are pleasant, courteous, and they follow up on every service performed. The last two vehicles were new and this is my first experience with the uses car dept. and am completely satisified with the attention given to make sure I made the right choice on my purchase. I tell all my contacts to purchase their cars at St. Louis Honda. Some have not listened and I hear the problems they are having with their dealers. These guys are awesome! I went in just to take a look and Mr. Maxey put me in an excellent vehicle at an awesome price. And the thing that really put the whole deal over the top was the financing. They shopped around and found an option for only 3.45% interest! On a used vehicle! My experience with these gentleman was fantastic and I can not say enough about how great they are. Thanks so much, Mr. Maxey and Mr. Barr! Oh, yea. I forgot to mention the follow up service. This dealership cares so much about offering you a higher level of service than the next place that they call within a day or two and double check to make sure you've had the best car buying experience possible. Amidst all the flurry of paperwork and my hurrying to get to school, we forgot to swap out the battery in the key fob. I mentioned this to their follow up person and Mr. Maxey called me back himself so that we could take care of it. That's the kind of thing that businesses everywhere could take a lesson from. More
