Mr. Connelly, Thanks for your response! I do not seek, nor do I want, reimbursement for the unused oil that was not given back after the oil changes. However, there is one thing that I do request. In addition to the 2014 MDX I purchased at your dealership, I also have a 2015 TLX I purchased there. After a short trip to Texas this month I will be bringing it back to your dealership for a first service in April 2016. I only ask that it be serviced correctly with some attention given to detail so that I might continue to be an Acura Columbus customer. Everyone at your dealership from sales, to customer service, to service advisors/consultants, parts personnel, etc., have been very nice and courteous, only to have my experience and trust tainted by a couple instances whereby lack of attention to detail resulted in poor quality service. I hope my initial review was not looked upon as a whiner or complainer, but only as a customer who expects a job done correctly. I would hope this type of feedback, in the long run, only makes your dealership better. Thanks, Stan Coleman

When you had your RDX serviced with us, a B1 service was performed, not an A1. We called Roush and they quoted a charge of $168 for a B1. Our price is exactly the same with Roush on an A1. We do our best to remain up-to-date with our pricing and to remain competitive or beat Honda pricing. I hope this answers your question. I am sorry for any confusion.
