Underhanded/dishonest Finance manager. Beware, Finance Manager will do anything and everything not to use your capital one pre approval, which was the lowest rate, even when initially told Beware, Finance Manager will do anything and everything not to use your capital one pre approval, which was the lowest rate, even when initially told the deal was contingent on solely using capital one. The finance manager excessively ran my credit almost as if the dealership receives kick back from the various lenders. Will not be doing business with this dealership in the future. Untrustworthy and unscrupulous. The only palatable portion of my experience at this dealership was my salesperson. If it wasn't for him I would have and should have walked out killing the deal. More
