have been in the car industry since 1996 , I love when a customer is so excited to get there new car ,it reminds me when i was little waiting to see what was under the tree on christmas morning . I also love the outdoors , camping , hiking , fishing , and my great family who has been a great support in a career that I love to preform every day since that 1st of july 1996 . I have four wonderful kids , two boys , and two girls, and my beautiful best friend ( my wife of 20 years) , I won the lottery of life when I was hired at my current dealership because they make it easy to take care of the customer no matter what it takes . and I look forward to the next 20 years of helping my customers with that christmas morning feeling , and always taking care of their family and friends for years to come .

We haggled a little and negotiated a price we were both happy with, for both the car and my trade. It was after I bought the car that I was impressed. I had already test driven new Outbacks at other dealerships and knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived, so I hadn't driven the car. After I left the finance office, Todd caught me in the parking lot and spent 20-30 minutes helping me set up my bluetooth, maintenance reminders, and explaining all the buttons. He showed me more than anyone had previously shown me during test drives. I had already purchased the car, so Todd didn't have to spend the extra time with me. But he did, just to make sure I knew how to run everything. More
