Exellence in the pursuit of service to the customer Crown Audi has been my dealership of choice since 1999 for my sixth through eighth Audis. Cown Eurocars is the only car dealer in my experinece (50 years of driving) that I would rate on a par with the two best customer service organizations I have worked with: IBM and EMC who have defined the m years of driving) that I would rate on a par with the two best customer service organizations I have worked with: IBM and EMC who have defined the meaning of customer service and satisfaction. This company, Todd Emery, my Audi service manager in particular, and every member of the team there are simple heads and shoulders beyond what I have experineced anywhere else in "autoland." my satisfaction with the quality of their work and their customer facing care has consistently proven beyond my most optimistic expectations.
