The detail shop did a very poor job of cleaning. The rear seat belts were covered in dust that then cover the seat when pulled out. Brand NEW Ford Escape from the best Ford Dealership in town! We recently were looking for a reliable dependable safe used vehicle for my daughter when we stopped by the Charles Gabus Ford dealership to see what We recently were looking for a reliable dependable safe used vehicle for my daughter when we stopped by the Charles Gabus Ford dealership to see what they had on their used lot. That's when both Todd and Sean helped us by showing used vehicles but also a brand new Escape they had on their lot. After test driving it, my daughter fell in love with the way it handled, all of the amenities and Ford quality. Todd and Sean made it super easy as he made us an incredible offer that rivaled other dealer's used car prices. I rarely buy such large ticket items "on the spot" without thinking them over but this deal was too good to pass up and we decided to purchase the vehicle right as the dealership was closing for the evening. The entire staff never made a fuss and processed our new car sale well past an hour after they closed. Todd, Brenda and Sean could not have been more accommodating during the entire process. And after we bought the vehicle, a service technician spent another 30 minutes going over the entire vehicle and answering all of our questions. Our daughter was thrilled with all of the technological features the Ford Escape had such as a mobile app, Apple CarPlay, Apple GPS navigation, remote start, keyless entry, backup camera, side warning detection, etc. Thanks again Sean and the entire Charles Gabus Ford team for a wonderful buying experience! Todd Dishman came highly recommended by a friend. He had come in under budget for her and a difficult situation. Come to find out, she was referred by her parents! The process was quickly handled and Dishman adapted to what I wanted (making copies of basic information for me, informing me of borrowing issues I might encounter with a lower range, finding me the color I asked for without making me feel foolish -- hey, if men can demand hemi and v8 -- and was very helpful). I guess any improvement might involve the internet portion -- perhaps if salespeople had a way to be alerted by a phone they carry anyway I could have gotten hold of him earlier in the day Saturday and been able to close the deal even sooner. I have already posted a review on Facebook and given Todd's card out to two friends. Thank you. More
