Had battery issue with my 2012 Lexus ES350 and car would not start. After tow truck jump was successful, I called Todd Ballard at Napleton to set up a diagnostic check. Battery was still low so it received a full charge and other tests were run. Car met satisfactory ratings and Todd informed me about what I needed to look out for.
