When I first contacted SP Kia the person who took my call was Hayden Lee and he quickly and effortlessly took me under his wing in order to see what I wanted and ultimately what I would need. We were in constant contact over the month long virtual relationship. He would either text or call with various updates to the vehicle of my choice, the elusive Telluride LX 8 passenger. He we what I would say above and beyond the normalcy of a sales person. Even when I was discouraged and even threatened to take my business elsewhere due to the delivery date pushbacks, he would give me hope that one day I would be behind the wheel and from SP Kia under his guidance! With new found confidence in the dealership as well as my salesman, I stayed the course. After the culmination of fear, ups, downs, cheers, yeahs, and awws, Hayden led me to glory on 5/2/2022 which was a definite surprise to say the least! I told him I was from Matthew Sinacori. I came into the Summit Place Kia East dealership exhausted, tired of shopping, and Matthew took care of it. I told him I wasn’t buying that day, Thursday, and he still spent a few hours helping me, getting me quotes, and helping me to better understand FICO scores and how they relate to purchasing a vehicle. I left there feeling like I was a car salesman! That following Monday, I purchased my car for less than what I was told and I got a really good interest rate too. Matthew treated me with respect, he was professional, and he remained in contact with me the whole time throughout my buying experience.
