After spending time purchasing my Grand Cherokee Summit, I left the dealership knowing every employee by first name from the salesman (Tim) to the excellent sales manager (Larry)to the business (Kim) and service (Dan) departments. Upon my 2nd visit to the dealership, I was as greeted with hugs and handshakes from those same people. They remembered me by name and that makes me feel valued. I have purchased a lot of vehicles ranging from Subaru to BMW and this buying experience will keep me as a loyal Jeep customer. I will only buy from Kelly Jeep. More

Sure enough after some simple negotiations, turns out I can afford it-ish, and drove it home the next day. Definitely the coolest most awesome thing I ever bought in my life, love it.
