I purchased a verboten from here that has damage and issues that they were aware of but did not disclose to me during the buying process. When the issues were discovered I was told that they would be co issues that they were aware of but did not disclose to me during the buying process. When the issues were discovered I was told that they would be corrected at no cost. We'll no cost turned into 2 years and several thousand dollars or off pocket paid to Classic Auto Group to correct newly created issues every single time it went into a Ken Ganely service department! At one point this issue almost caused a massive on road collision. In the end I was told that nothing would be done to help me and that I was invited to take legal action against Ken Ganely auto group. These dealerships use predatory and high pressure sales and lending tactics and then will damage your car with their incompetent techs and tell you it's your fault. I will be buying my next vehicle(s) from Classic Automotive Group! More

They break alot of stuff while they're working and they blame it on the vehicle or it was like that or that it how factory made it..... I came in to do my boot on my front wheel drive axle and then some sn blame it on the vehicle or it was like that or that it how factory made it..... I came in to do my boot on my front wheel drive axle and then some snap ring busted when they were taking it out and charged me for the whole axle and I recommended my struts and they said it was a single ball joint and tie rod end so I went with it and when I was leaving I had to press my brakes all the way to the floor board to get them to work and they said it was cause I wasn't used to it since I was driving a newer loaner vehicle but I've had the car 3 years and 35000 miles and I saw the mechanic just let my router or a frame axle support hang down by the brake line and when I turned around after going 4 mile started hearing this bad squeaking taping sound and they said " it must be ur struts" More

When I first walked into the showroom, I was distraught over the issues I was having with my current vehicle. Sam and his manager spent a lot of their time and energy to make sure I was completely happy! W over the issues I was having with my current vehicle. Sam and his manager spent a lot of their time and energy to make sure I was completely happy! When I left I was smiling ear to ear. I will be coming back for my service needs as well as ANY further vehicle purchase! More
