The first time I used Cedar park Toyota, Kris Mitchell notified me promptly when my car was ready. This time, i had a different advisor. I never received a call on the day it was scheduled to be done, and notified me promptly when my car was ready. This time, i had a different advisor. I never received a call on the day it was scheduled to be done, and had to call the next day to find that it was ready. When I asked why, I was told that my advisor had the day off. Good thing I had another vehicle to drive. More

I took the car in for an oil change. Their service recommendations to go with the oil change in an attempt to up sell services were nothing short of dishonesty. The spark plugs need to be replaced (th recommendations to go with the oil change in an attempt to up sell services were nothing short of dishonesty. The spark plugs need to be replaced (they had replaced them 1/15/2020) need new tires(new 10/18/19 Michelins with 20,000 miles on them)needed fuel system service ( the technician left a vacuum hose disconnected to turn on the warning lights)Nice Try! I took my car to a trustworthy mechanic he did the brakes and checked the drive belts, fuel system, coolant, brake fluid and transmission/transaxle that you recommended servicing. He found no problems except for the disconnected vacuum hose . I cannot express my disappointment with your dealership service department. I have half a mind to go to KXAN investigator reporter to get something done. Your advisor was Tim Stoddard and technician was Jean-Luc Tovar. More
