Purchased a new Tacoma from Pappas in late January 2021. It was extremely difficult to get information from them in a timely manner. I finally got details of the modifications days after requesting them. Sa It was extremely difficult to get information from them in a timely manner. I finally got details of the modifications days after requesting them. Salesman Tim Scanlan has stopped communication now that the sale is complete. I thought Dee was my salesperson because she was the only one providing the information I was requesting. Overall not a good experience compared to other Toyota dealers I have dealt with in the past. Pappas Toyota is great. This is the second previously owned Toyota we've purchased from Pappas Toyota. Pappas Toyota has the best vehicles. Tim Scanlon is great.
