person who took info for my appointment wrote down the wrong problem I was having. Work on my car didn't start until 30-45 minutes after my appointment although I was 15 minutes early for the appointment. wrong problem I was having. Work on my car didn't start until 30-45 minutes after my appointment although I was 15 minutes early for the appointment. I know this because they didn't come to me about the setup error until 45 minutes after the appointment time. Work was well done when completed. No all point inspection. They did do complimentary car wash. That wasn't done my previous service visit and was told it was because of Covid 19....hmmmmm. Still have the Covid 19 problem. Wonder what happened? Honesty will go a long way to explain short cuts. Generally I like the service, but these issues bugged me. More

Actual technician who performed diagnostic procedure did no speak to me directly, neither allowed to testing area for on the fly feedback, Eric the receptionist tech was excellent as usual, very thorough, no speak to me directly, neither allowed to testing area for on the fly feedback, Eric the receptionist tech was excellent as usual, very thorough, very patient, courteous and not pushy with the repairs Print outs are excellent with detailed estimates and repair suggestions which Eric went through in detail with prioritization as a bonus, really this guy is just amazingly polite and friendly on top of being relatable and friendly. More

Service was very well done. Steve came out to discuss changing air and cabin filters., Gal receiving payment was very good too. Told rep as I we were going to payment window. I asked if he showed me the changing air and cabin filters., Gal receiving payment was very good too. Told rep as I we were going to payment window. I asked if he showed me the old filters. Customer has a right to ask to see old parts, and retain if desired. More
