I waited over 1. 5 hours for an oil change. After I asked for an update it took over 15 minutes to get back with me. Normally I get an oil change between 30 and 40 m 5 hours for an oil change. What upset me the most about this visit was the lack of any urgency in checking on my vehicle. I usually have such good service at this dealership so I guess I expected the same level of service on my last visit. More

The one complaint we had was when we tried to make a reservation. The original call went to your customer service but your staff was unable to make a reservation because they couldn’t find my car.
