A COMMITTED CUSTOMER TO JIM COLEMAN HONDA After moving to Columbia, MD in November 2007, I took my Honda Accord to Jim Coleman for maintenance and from that point I became a loyal customer. T After moving to Columbia, MD in November 2007, I took my Honda Accord to Jim Coleman for maintenance and from that point I became a loyal customer. Their service department was excellent and staff more than willing to make the customer happy. Jim Coleman's goal of putting the customer first resulted in my purchases of a 2013 Honda Accord and recently a 2018 Honda Accord from Jim Coleman. I have and will continue to use Jim Coleman to service my vehicles because of the excellent staff of mechanics and technicians. The sales personnel, especially Andrew Herbert, who handled the sale of my 2018 Honda ensured the process went smoothly and without any issues. He looked out for my interests as the customer. More

Friendly service The service rep was friendly and professional. He kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. I have not issues with his helpfulness. A $175 for a battery seemed high as did my total bill $435 for the battery and two filters. The oil change and tire rotation was free, included with President's Club membership More

Exceptional Service! Tim Murray and his crew do it again! I recently moved to NC and on my way back for a visit, my Maintenance Required light came on. Good timing - they Tim Murray and his crew do it again! I recently moved to NC and on my way back for a visit, my Maintenance Required light came on. Good timing - they had my service finished and I was back on the road again without incident! Thanks so much to both Tim's for working me in. Note to Steve ... Cute socks!! :) More

Recent Service at Jim Coleman Honda I called and made an appointment to have my engine oil and filter changed. I also requested an inspection of my AC system to be sure there is adequat I called and made an appointment to have my engine oil and filter changed. I also requested an inspection of my AC system to be sure there is adequate refrigerant in the line. I arrived a bit early for the appointed time but I my car was taken in anyway. I waited at Jim Coleman while the work was being completed. More

Took Pilot in for airbag recall, Despite the fact that we had received several notices about the recall, I was dragging my feet in scheduling the work because I thought it was going t Despite the fact that we had received several notices about the recall, I was dragging my feet in scheduling the work because I thought it was going to be a huge inconvenience and would need to find a ride to and from the dealership, etc. I shouldn't have worried. From the minute I contacted the dealership, everyone I dealt with was friendly, accommodating and so helpful. I was able to schedule a drop off at a perfect time for me, was able to use a loaner car and get to work on time, and the work was done quickly and communication was great. I was able to return the loaner and pick up my car in a very timely manner in the afternoon and get to my evening activities. The process was smooth and easy. I really appreciate all of the help! More
