I've bought a lot of cars, I work in the industry, and have had multiple Lexus models from multiple Lexus dealers at this point, from the east coast to Colorado and now Arizona. Being new to Arizona, I fi have had multiple Lexus models from multiple Lexus dealers at this point, from the east coast to Colorado and now Arizona. Being new to Arizona, I first thought stick to one dealer and had started using Scottsdale for service--also great. But on a whim, while near home (7 minutes away), stopped into Earnhardt to buy a filter & quickly see their inventory. Suk in sales immediately greeted me, and the rest was history. Such a fabulous experience here, in every department, parts included--I started looking at new models with Suk. Thanks to his experience, personality and Earnhardt's "no bull" pricing--something I found out locally, there can be a lot of strange bull in others pricing--AND their terrific selection, 3 days later, I traded and swapped my one crazy car for another. Went from test driving & thinking about it, to trying other brands & other dealers nearby, but Suk, his manager Tim, Brandon in finance, and Earnhardt truly stood out and made me HAVE TO have another Lexus. Thrilled with my new IS500, and glad such a terrific dealer is literally only minutes down the street from me now, with such a great team. Makes me want another Lexus already--go to Earnhardt! More

Richard in servicing referred me to Rob in sales who was a walking encyclopedia about Lexus. I never felt pressured. However, I had never actually purchased a Lexus from Earnhardt until several weeks ago. I couldn't be more pleased. Sales & Leasing Consultant Leo Suhargo was over-the-top exceptional, from start-to-finish.He continually went out of his way to provide the information I needed quickly and efficiently, without pressuring me to make a decision. Leo even gave me a loaner overnight, so I could test drive my favorite model in real-life situations. The one time Leo was unavailable, he set me up with Mike Testani, who was equally helpful. The icing on the cake was that Tim Kocsis was able to put together a "head-turning" deal that significantly beat the offers I had received from several other local Lexus dealerships. So when it came time to write the check, the choice was obvious. Unmatched service. Attractive "let's do this" pricing. And an amazing new Lexus that I love beyond words. Who could ask for anything more? More

Wouldn’t go elsewhere!!! I’ve bought 3 Lexus’ from this dealership all within the last 14 months. Each time I’ve had a different salesman that was good, but with all 3 vehicle I’ve bought 3 Lexus’ from this dealership all within the last 14 months. Each time I’ve had a different salesman that was good, but with all 3 vehicles including my new LS500 a Manager by the name of Tim helped me. He even walked me through F&I . I was very surprised to have a SalesManager be so active in the complete buying process. I’ve bought numerous vehicles in my 45 years from middle class places to as high class as Scottsdale Bentley and have never had such a comfortable, easy experience, nor someone with a title to put so much care and professionalism as that manger Tim did... Hopefully Earnhardt advances guys like him to General Manager so he can teach all of the managers and reps to making a car buying experience so seamless and comfortable!!! More
