I visited Herb Chambers Honda for a recall on my CRV, the work was done professionally and quickly. When I went to pick up my car I was amazed that the car was washed and vacuumed --- also cleaned inside and work was done professionally and quickly. When I went to pick up my car I was amazed that the car was washed and vacuumed --- also cleaned inside and out --, didn't expect this for a simple recall. Also Tim advised me that my brake light was out , he offered the service but did not push it. I replaced the brake light after I left the dealership. What impressed me the most is that all vehicles can use additional service (mostly ones like my CRV with 100+ K on them , but Tim and his crew didn't push and use high pressure, they offered advice and really seemed to care. Recently I had a problem with my Honda not starting. when I brought it in for service, Tim listened carefully as I explained what was happening with my vehicle My feeling was that the vehicle needed a when I brought it in for service, Tim listened carefully as I explained what was happening with my vehicle My feeling was that the vehicle needed a battery due to a defect. After I was finished Tim assured me that he would check the battery for defects. A short time later he returned with a print out showing that the battery was infact the problem. A new battery was installed immediately. I was very satisified with the way Tim handled the matter. He was professional at all times. I was most impressed that Tim took the time to listen to my concerns. I would highly recommend your service department. Thank you for such a pleasant postiive experience. Julian More

Sandy, Tim, Victor, Joel and Kenny in Service are the best at what they do. When I bring in my Honda Odyssey to be serviced I never have to worry about the customer service and knowledge that they provi best at what they do. I recently purchased a 2010 certified pre-owned Honda Insight here. This was my 4th time purchasing a vehicle here, and my family's 8th transaction with this dealership. Mike Rebola was very friendly and Insight here. This was my 4th time purchasing a vehicle here, and my family's 8th transaction with this dealership. Mike Rebola was very friendly and informative, even staying past his scheduled hours twice to accommodate my schedule in the signing of the papers and the delivery of the car. When I signed the papers, Paul Zito was the finance manager who helped me. Not only did he get me a great deal on the financing, he was very succinct in his explanation of all of my options and what I was signing. A few days after I drove away in the car I experienced a problem with the passenger window going up and down and Tim Islip in the service department helped me get the issue resolved at no cost to me, and with very little of my time spent. Bottom line; this experience reminded me why I have made the decision to do business here 7 times in the past, and I will do business here again, in addition to servicing my Insight here. And I LOVE my new car! I was coming out of a car with a lot more features and thought i was making a sacrifice to cut costs, but this car has exceeded my expectations in every way. More

By far, the service associates I have worked with at HC Honda Seekonk have been among the best I have encountered in the industry. Because of them, when I recently decided to purchase another car, I chose Honda Seekonk have been among the best I have encountered in the industry. Because of them, when I recently decided to purchase another car, I chose another Honda primarily because of the quality of attention and professionalism I had received for years from the associates in the service department in Seekonk. Associates like Joel and Brian, in essence, strengthened my trust in the Honda brand and in HC. They deserve substantial credit for the success of the company. The employees are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. They treated me with respect and I did not feel pressured or pushed into anything. Service is always prompt and done well. The past three vehicles my family and I have purchased/leased have been taken care of expertly and we have been highly satisfied with each one. What a pleasure having car serviced with pros like Tim Islip and Victor. These folks go out of the way to be sure the customer is satisfied. Also when you come in for service they greet you by your name Islip and Victor. These folks go out of the way to be sure the customer is satisfied. I bought a 2011 Honda fit sport (orange) in 2011 a little disappointed because the purple one was not made that year (love the car) from Homero.Great experience, I went in for regular maintenance this week ( disappointed because the purple one was not made that year (love the car) from Homero.Great experience, I went in for regular maintenance this week (just before the "big snow storm" }and decided to ask a salesman what my payment would be if I traded it in for a 2013 PURPLE (the color that caught my eye originally), Mehdi worked with me and turns out the answer was $2 more a month! I did it !I was thrilled. Tim took my service order for maintenance and was great! I had to "train" myself to be patient and wait for the "wrench" light for the oil change and was panicked because the first time I did, it came on the morning the day before the Storm! They took me that night and were able to appraise my car during the maintenance. Tim made an effort to congratulate me on the purchase and the sales department paid for the maintenance! Doesn't get much better than that! But it does! My other regret besides the color of my fit was that I had not put the "auto start" feature in so I decided to add that before I took the new car. All of the people I have dealt with at this Dealership have given me EXCELLENT service. Including the 'finance' guy from the original purchase (I tried to find his picture above but was not sure which one BUT I do remember that experience as favorable as well'. I can hardly wait to pick up my new fit when it arrives and I anticipate that experience to go just as well. PRIOR to Herb Chambers experience, I had found car salesmen to be rude,pushy,'shifty' and would not have even considered the dealership maintenance because they had ALL been just AWFULL on the first scheduled maintenance(I always tried to start at the dealership first for maintenance but never continued after 1st visit) NOT the case at THIS Herb Chambers. I am a 53 year old woman and this is the 8th car I have bought. this is also the 1st time I buy a 2nd car from the SAME dealership! More
