Purchasing a new vehicle can be one of the worst experiences or it can be a pleasant one. With Tim Hovan it was an absolute amazing experience. He was extremely helpful and never pushed anything on us. He went above and beyond to help us out and even went in on his day off to take care of us. Tim is very helpful and I greatly appreciate the fact that he was not one of those sales reps that talk everything up and make it something it's not. Thanks for all you did. Also, after purchasing my vehicle, the blower motor was out in the back of my Expedition, with the help of Tim and Brienna who works in the service department my vehicle was ready to go in just a few days. Since it was the weekend, they gave me a vehicle to drive and by Tuesday I had mine back. Both of these employees were very pleasant and helpful. More
