We have always been impressed with the sales and service during the last 34 years we have dealt with them. We get taken care of with every department we work with. I spoke with Tim Condon (via email) before we came in to let him know what I was looking for. he was very prompt getting back to me with suggestions and information. I did not get stressed or pressured in the purchasing process and Tim pointed out the various incentives and helped us get the most off. We are very happy with the purchase. I'm glad they redesigned the GMC Terrain. The 2017 and earlier models were too boxy and not attractive. More

2018 Acadia Denali - What's not to like? I purchased a new Acadia Denali in May 2018, and not being a very frequent new car buyer, I was expecting Tim, the salesman, to stick bamboo shoots u I purchased a new Acadia Denali in May 2018, and not being a very frequent new car buyer, I was expecting Tim, the salesman, to stick bamboo shoots under my finger nails to get me to buy. To my surprise, Tim was vary laid back and helped me BUY the vehicle rather than trying to SELL me one. There is a big difference.. During the process, I upgraded from an SE to the Denali, with no prompting from Tim. My first oil/filter change, wihch recently took place, was also a pleasant experience. Free coffee, rolls, and a comfortable lounge, made the wait more than bearable.. When I'm ready for my next new vehicle, I'll surely check with Valley first. By then they'll likely be selling autonomous self-drivng hover-pods. More
