Quality service review I have never been to a dealership that was so friendly and has such amazing customer service. The entire staff was great as well as their prices. The ideal customer experience I would like to start off by saying a sincere 'thank you' to the entire staff at the Hyundai dealership in Columbia. I am in the quality assurance fie I would like to start off by saying a sincere 'thank you' to the entire staff at the Hyundai dealership in Columbia. I am in the quality assurance field as a profession and place a large emphasis on daily professional/customer interactions throughout my personal and professional life. The entire staff during my visit was fantastic, extremely helpful, and willing to work with me and exceed my expectations. This is my second purchase from Hyundai in Columbia, and I plan on continuing my business here in the future. The salesman, tech consultant, and finance department were very professional and helped me have an ideal customer experience. They effectively communicated with me in every aspect of my purchase and new vehicle. Each member was knowledgeable and diagnosed and solved and questions I had. I would recommend Hyundai of Columbia to anyone. More

Zack was helpful and friendly and tried to accommodate us at every chance given. Tim provided information to us after the purchase of the vehicle was finalized with Natalie, who was extremely polite and pleasant to work with, and after that, we left with our new car. My wife absolutely loves it. She commented on how personable Natalie was and how she really enjoyed dealing with her. More

Mardini Dy and Rob Meldrum worked the lowest cost deal possible. Dan Schoonover is our family sales person and he makes buying a car informative and fun! Andrew Moelle and the entire service department under Travis Backers' direction is the best I have ever seen in my 40-plus years of getting my autos serviced. Their "Platinum" technician, "Ben Richardson" is unmatched in talent, temperament and he takes the time to do the job right! More

Fine Service Indeed Had a nice experience at this dealership, everyone was friendly and upbeat. Soloman was there immediately before we even exited the car to greet us an Had a nice experience at this dealership, everyone was friendly and upbeat. Soloman was there immediately before we even exited the car to greet us and then showed us inside. At all times our interactions with him seemed pleasant and fair without being overtly pushy about matters. I have nothing but positive thoughts on Soloman. Tim was super upbeat and positive. My interaction with him was limited as nothing really was needed. But seemed to be a fine dude. Jon was helpful with the information, and other then seeming a tad "grumpy" (in his defense he was sick) my experience with him was fine. He answered all of my questions and was mostly patient as I read over the various documents being produced. More
