This was my first time ordering a vehicle directly from the manufacturer. We chose Weber Ford in Granite City based on reviews elsewhere. Our salesman Alex Carver and employee Tim Coffman were always on top of my Bronco status and kept me updated through the whole process. They were beyond AMAZING and patient with my endless texts, calls and questions!!! Matt Osborne in financing was full of knowledge and went through all of the available options for financing, extended warranties and add ons. Overall, the entire Weber Ford staff was phenomenal; there were no games or no hidden fees - just great communication and support because buying a vehicle should not be stressful. We love our Fords, and will only be buying from them from now on. In fact, we've already placed another new car order!!! More

Our experience with Alex was amazing. We first saw the car online since we are located out of state. We had enough confidence in Weber to get on a plane and fly to St. Louis to purchase the car. We were picked up at our hotel with one of their courtesy drivers and taken directly to the dealership. When we arrived we were treated professionally and everyone knew our name. We test drove the car and bought it that day. Both Alex and Tim, the online crew, were amazing to work with and answered any questions we had about the vehicle as well as showing us all of the capabilities it had. We would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Weber. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. More

I was a little apprehensive about shopping a dealership for what I was trying to obtain. I found a vehicle that I was very interested in pursuing.
