My salesperson this time was Tim Brandt and I felt him to be "top notch". The service department has always been my favorite. It is clean, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. My husband did all of the financial dealings this time and he said that the service was "quick and painless". We all have to buy cars and when it is enjoyable, that says alot!! More

Tim and his Gateway team are amazing!! You can never go wrong with Gateway! We purchased a car from them in 2011 and have been treated well ever since. While looking for an all wheel drive vehicle, Tim was able to make adjustments to make it possible to purchase this wonderful 2012 Nissan Rogue with no money down, no trade in, for a very reasonable price and monthly payment. I couldn't have done it without Tim's open-mindedness, patience during the selection process, and keen understanding of rural driving needs. He was a gem! I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. Bob thoroughly reviewed key aspects of financing allowing the choice to add or opt out of anything along the way. Lisa provided a comprehensive understanding of issues related to maintenance of the vehicle and I got a wonderful handshake from Mike, the manager, during the process. Of course, I couldn't leave without hugging Tim - he's the kind of guy that wouldn't let you leave with something he wouldn't sell to his children. More

We came to Fargo from Grand Forks because we had bad experiences here, and were treated very nicely from both Robert and Tim Brandt.
