On entering the dealership I was on guard , armed with all my facts and trade in values on our Smart car. After two days of WORKING WITH the people at the dealership, we bought our first of many to come ( all my facts and trade in values on our Smart car. After two days of WORKING WITH the people at the dealership, we bought our first of many to come (we hope) Kia Soul. Without being pressured into any sale the staff that met us at the Myrtle Beach store don't have to worry about selling a product that can essentially sell its self. Sandy and I would like to thank Tim, Ben, Matt, Steve and of course Mr. Bobby Gale ( thank you for water) you guys are professional and courteous and no "BS" or drama. As for me ,I'm sold on the product being 6'8" I was surprised how spacious and comfortable these cars are , and as far as a solid drivetrain 4 cylinders have come a long way the "GDI" fuel delivery system is very impressive for response. the warranty is by far the best we have read or inquired about for any dealership. 10 year or 100,000 mile drive/power train and then we bought extra on the Bumper to Bumper " The Wrap Package" 10 year or 100,000 this car is covered till January 2022. This is the best 24 hr decision we have made in sometime and I tell ya dealing with a local dealer that REALLY LOOKED OUT FOR A LOCAL means the world to us ...... GOOD JOB GUYS !!! My car broke down and I was told by a friend to go see Tim Bazinet at Kia. She said he really helped her out in purchasing her new car. I was greeted by Mr. Bazinet who was standing outside the front door Tim Bazinet at Kia. She said he really helped her out in purchasing her new car. I was greeted by Mr. Bazinet who was standing outside the front doors. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease about purchasing my very first new car. He didn't jump straight into running my credit and asking what I was looking for. We talked for the first ten minutes about my family and his. I always viewed car salesman as pushy people just wanting a commission. The fact that he first wanted to get to know me and not just how much I could spend was a huge relief. When we started getting into the financing part he always informed me of what was going on. He introduced me to his brother Matt and to Steve Parker. I absolutely love them both! The whole process did not take long at all. I didn't expect to be driving away with a brand new KIA RIO! I absolutely love my new car. After it was all done Tim walked me around and introduced me to everyone that worked there. I left there feeling like I had a new family. I've been to many places where I felt like a regular customer, but not here. The customer service was by far the best I've seen! More

We visited Myrtle Beach Kia a year ago and were impressed with how helpful Tim Bazinet was. We weren't ready to buy at the time but just bought our new Kia Sorento from Tim last week. He was so helpful, ho with how helpful Tim Bazinet was. We weren't ready to buy at the time but just bought our new Kia Sorento from Tim last week. He was so helpful, honest and a pleasure to work with. Steve Parker helped us with the financial details and final paperwork and we enjoyed our experience with him also. No back and forth haggling... They really do want you to get a good deal ... Tim is the internet man but everyone there made you feel welcome without the sense that the hounds were ready to pounce. The facility at KIA Myrtle Beach is professional yet comfortable and welcoming... I bought the car I saw online( 2014 Sorento) and received a very good price on my 10 yr. old trade in.. No high pressure, no bait and switch, no flim flam.. just good hard working people trying their best to provide a good product at a fair price with tremendous support. They also deal in late model used cars that seem to be a good buy if you're in that market. All in all.. KIA of Myrtle Beach will give you peace of mind and no anxiety or buyers remorse. Internet Sales Representative Tim Bazinet proved to be very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient...he had the car we were interested in on the back lot ready for review. After agreeing to the selling very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient...he had the car we were interested in on the back lot ready for review. After agreeing to the selling price, he quickly moved to have the car checked and prepped so that we did not have to spend more than three hours in the dealership before driving out the door. There was no sales pressure owing in part, I susupect, to the fact that the Kia Sorento is a popular model. Indeed, while in the showroom two other couples inquired about the car's availability. Overall we were very satisfied with the way Tim handled the transaction and would recommend him to others. More

My experience began via the internet when I made an inquiry to the dealership about a particular make and model. This is how I came to work with Tim Bazinet. He responded to every question I had in a inquiry to the dealership about a particular make and model. This is how I came to work with Tim Bazinet. He responded to every question I had in a timely manner and followed through by contacting us by phone prior to our coming to the dealership. We live 90 minutes from the dealership but were willing to make the trip in part due to Tim's level of confidence that he could place us in the right vehicle. Upon arriving to the dealership we were greated by other sales reps very kindly and all seemed to know of our pending arrival. Tim worked with us closely and was extremely knowledgable and able to answer all of our questions. Although we went to the dealership expecting to purchase a car we ultimately ended up leasing. This was something that had never been introduced to us at our local dealership, Stevenson Kia. Overall the dealership, the manager whose name escapes me (Tim's brother), the finance manager and our salesman Tim made this a pleasant experience and we would have no problem recommending it to our friends and family. Tim was extremely warm, professional and made us feel very comfortable, not pressured at all. More
