They pressured me in to an extended warrenty. Had to drive hour and a half to cancel it. Now they won't return my number. Lie to me over and over. Had to file a claim with Nissan. The car salesman (Thomas) was superb but my experience at the so-called “Service” department was dismal. I purchased a used car and returned for service that should have been caught during “make ready”. I fo the so-called “Service” department was dismal.
