Make sure you verify prices before going. I told the person via text who messaged me. What I wanted to pay…. Responded with can you come Thursday…. I came Wednesday and they were not willing I told the person via text who messaged me. What I wanted to pay…. Responded with can you come Thursday…. I came Wednesday and they were not willing to even come close to the 18k I originally said…. Wouldn’t budge off 19.7 almost 2k more then I said via text that I wanted to be around… Drove almost 3 hours each way for nothing… Very misleading and bad business ethics. More

Upset that I was not informed that the lease balance wasn't being paid in full & instead $3100 was transferred to my new loan. Out of the 3 people assisting me, not 1 went over this with me. I came with wasn't being paid in full & instead $3100 was transferred to my new loan. Out of the 3 people assisting me, not 1 went over this with me. I came with my payoff quote, & a payment I was wanting for my new vehicle. All I was told was "yes, we're gonna get you taken care of, we can get you out of the lease & get you a payment close to what you want" I went home, realizing then, I was not informed of the $3167 they didn't pay towards the lease was transferred to my new loan. Sneaky way of making a sale. More
