He gave me an open invitation to call him if I needed any other additional assistance. John was such a nice person and worked hard with my husband, via emails and at the dealership for me to purchase my new Audi. Everyone that we came in contact with at the dealership was professional, friendly, and accommodating. Mr. Kimberly even introduced us to Jordan, the service representative, who also welcomed us to the Audi family. More
