Thomas hungup on me Thomas was not professional with me and hung up the phone. I called to find out how much my vehicle would be worth. He asked me what was my problem wi Thomas was not professional with me and hung up the phone. I called to find out how much my vehicle would be worth. He asked me what was my problem with the new vehicle purchase. I tried telling him what was wrong, but he quickly interrupted me and told me that I was swearing. I said I wasn't swearing. No four letter words were said. I asked him if saying pissed off was a swear word and he said yes and hung up the phone. You never ever hang up on a customer. More
