Everything went very well. Service was fantastic. Value of our new 2013 Altima 3.5 SL was exceptional. I particularly like the electronics (which is just a personal preference of mine). I like how Nissan has priced that, including the 3 year subscription being included in the price of the car. When I took delivery of the car Thomas Barton did an exceptional job going over the features, especially the electronics. thnx for making this purchase such a wonderful experience.

Nissan Maxima SV-2012

We had a great experience at Crown Nissan when we purchased our car recently. All of the staff whom we encountered right from our first phone call to the point of sale had rendered us an exceptional service.The Sales Consultant Thomas Barton was friendly and knowledgeable, answered multiple questions we had and made it easy for us to arrive at our decision.We felt very comfortable right from the beginning to the end.Also our appreciation goes to the Sales Manager Steve Taylor and the Business Manager Tony Naim in their valuable advice in our purchase. This is my third brand new Nissan vehicle purchase since 1994. We had been looking at new vehicles for a few months but most of the dealers didn't have much selection on their lots until we went to Crown Nissan and found my shiny Silver 2012 Rogue SL in their show room. They also had a good selection of Rogue models and colors on their lot. Thomas answered all my questions and arranged a test drive before closing at 6:00 PM on Saturday. Thomas, Steve and Jamey worked with us to make a fair purchase price for both parties. This was the easiest deal we've ever made on a new vehicle.

Just wanted to give my feedback on the great service I got from Nissan. Thomas was really friendly and helped me buy my first Nissan car; Jamey tried very hard to get my remote starter Compustar installed within 24 hours. Great job! on top of that, Steve gave us a very good price.

Holly drove me to Autopac to get my car insurance and she walked me through all the functions in the car, which was a great help. Thomas helped me install the plate for my car.

Now I know why all my wife family and my family prefer and recommend Nissan… I would like to thank all of you for the great customer service.

Thomas and the team at Crown Nissan were extremely friendly, professional and great to deal with. Thomas even went out in a torrential downpour to take the license plates off my trade in. I am enjoying my new Juke and look forward to dealing with Crown Nissan in the future.

It is a great dealer. Still waiting to check out their after-sale services though. But so far the customer service is good. Hopefully the after-sale service is good too and would not let customers feel the dealer just wants to sell their produts.
