My Review Of Crown Nissan:
My wife and I live in rural Manitoba at a distance of 500km from Winnipeg. My first contact with Crown Nissan was in September when we met Thomas Barton. We spoke briefly and examined a Rogue in the showroom, but we soon left because our vehicle of choice, the Murano, was not available. We were able to testdrive a Murano in Brandon later; however, the model we wanted was unavailable. We returned to Crown Nissan in October, speaking at length with Thomas Barton and Brent Sayles, and testdriving the Murano LE that we wanted; however, the colour scheme was not our preference. Brent offered to pre-order a 2013 Murano with no committment on our part to purchase, but we declined the offer. In November, when the 2013 Murano was available, I emailed Thomas about the specific Murano that we wanted. Thomas and Steve Taylor located the exact model and held it for us with a deposit for about two weeks. In December we took a testdrive and purchased the 2013 Murano LE Platinum, working out the final arrangements with Jamey Paul.
Throughout the entire lengthy process all four of the Crown Nissan employees that we had contact with were friendly, polite, professional, and accommodating to our situation and preferences, even to the point of bending their policies to suit our needs and desires. The final preparations of the Murano were fast and efficient.
Thank you to Thomas, Brent, Steve, and Jamey for working patiently with a customer who can at times be difficult to work with. We had contact with four other Nissan dealers, but none of these made the same positive first impression as Crown Nissan.
Our drive home was comfortable, and we are satisfied with the purchase that we made.
