During my first visit for this repair, there was a little issue with the way my business was handled by one of the service advisors, and I brought it to the attention of the service manager and the general manager, Brent Sayles, who is a very friendly and helpful person. I would like to thank you and your team, including Russ Johnson and Chris Lane, for your very professional attention to my concerns. I am happy to report that I am very satisfied with the way the issues were taken care of, and even more satisfied that the car seems to have recovered its performance. I am aware that problems sometimes arise, but what makes a reliable person or institution is the way they handle such problems, and you came through. I am glad that it turned out to be, most likely, a communications breakdown.

I was pleased that Chris took over my repair, and it was a pleasant surprise that the original, more expensive repair, was not deemed necessary, but the alternative repair appears to have worked very well.

I am very thankful and would like to tell you that I would definitely recommend your dealership. Job well done!

Kylie was very friendly and easy to work with. She tried to give us the best possible deal and was very patient. I thought she could have been a little more knowledgeable about the different features of the cars I looked at. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Kylie and Crown Nissan.

Everything went very well. Service was fantastic. Value of our new 2013 Altima 3.5 SL was exceptional. I particularly like the electronics (which is just a personal preference of mine). I like how Nissan has priced that, including the 3 year subscription being included in the price of the car. When I took delivery of the car Thomas Barton did an exceptional job going over the features, especially the electronics. thnx for making this purchase such a wonderful experience.

I wasn't really in need of a new truck, but I was feeling like it might be time for a new one anyway and mentioned it to Chris Lane in the service department while picking my tuck up from a service job. Desmond Penner, Kylie Loehndorf and Steve Taylor were great and worked out a deal that I was very happy with to trade my 2011 Titan SL in on a 2013 Titan Pro 4X. An hour later they had a new truck on order for me and we had a deal. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and great to deal with! They definitely strive to make sure customers walk away satisfied!

I have driven nothing but Nissan for the past 12 years, and a major reason for that is the way their sales and service personnel make sure that customer satisfaction is #1. After moving to Winnipeg last spring and dealing with Russ Johnson, Chris Lane in the service department it was obvious Crown Nissan was going to give me the same experience as I had at my previous Nissan dealer. When it came time to buy a new truck, I felt that there was no need to shop around. I was given a great deal that I was happy with and treated like an important customer. They gave me the confidence that I made the right choice in dealing with them and make me feel like there is no need to shop around. They will treat you right!!

I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car goes to see either Kylie Loehndorf or Desmond Penner to help them out! As long as I am in Winnipeg I will be a loyal customer of Crown Nissan.

This was the absolute best "buying a new car" experience I have had. This is my third new Nissan I have bought. Brent, Jeff and Kylie were very easy to deal with, helpful and know their products. They understood what I was looking for and made every effort to ensure I was satisfied and found what I wanted.

My wife and I live in rural Manitoba at a distance of 500km from Winnipeg. My first contact with Crown Nissan was in September when we met Thomas Barton. We spoke briefly and examined a Rogue in the showroom, but we soon left because our vehicle of choice, the Murano, was not available. We were able to testdrive a Murano in Brandon later; however, the model we wanted was unavailable. We returned to Crown Nissan in October, speaking at length with Thomas Barton and Brent Sayles, and testdriving the Murano LE that we wanted; however, the colour scheme was not our preference. Brent offered to pre-order a 2013 Murano with no committment on our part to purchase, but we declined the offer. In November, when the 2013 Murano was available, I emailed Thomas about the specific Murano that we wanted. Thomas and Steve Taylor located the exact model and held it for us with a deposit for about two weeks. In December we took a testdrive and purchased the 2013 Murano LE Platinum, working out the final arrangements with Jamey Paul.
Throughout the entire lengthy process all four of the Crown Nissan employees that we had contact with were friendly, polite, professional, and accommodating to our situation and preferences, even to the point of bending their policies to suit our needs and desires. The final preparations of the Murano were fast and efficient.
Thank you to Thomas, Brent, Steve, and Jamey for working patiently with a customer who can at times be difficult to work with. We had contact with four other Nissan dealers, but none of these made the same positive first impression as Crown Nissan.
Our drive home was comfortable, and we are satisfied with the purchase that we made.
