$500. 00 deposit never applied to sale and can’t get a confirmation of receipt. Dealership did a great job. Someone backed out of the 23’ Nori green 00 deposit never applied to sale and can’t get a confirmation of receipt. Dealership did a great job. Someone backed out of the 23’ Nori green, rx350h. My salesman called and asked if I was interested and ready to purchase? Sent deposit as Instructed only to find later the deposit never showed up in my sale paperwork. I contacted the salesman and finance guy and was told I would get a receipt showing the deposit returned to me. No receipt and no $500.00 as of today More
