Looking for the best car / best value for our family was not an easy task and Richie was helpful to navigate that journey for us. Our current car was coming off lease and we decided we didn’t want to go back into another lease because of the “higher” interest rates. Keeping our budget as part of our final decision Richie listened to our “wants”, “needs”, and “budget”. Richie helped us choose the right car to fit our lifestyle and he was able to work with us to put the keys of our new VOLVO into our hands and we are forever grateful. Thank You Richie Another staff member Christian (in the Service Department) was helpful too. Christian explained the process of future service(s) for our car and explained the importance of following the regular scheduled maintenance plan as well as what is covered by VOLVO. The entire staff here at Schumacher Volvo Cars of The Pam Beaches is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about all their vehicles. I returned with a few questions in the following days and everyone there was able to answer my questions, they were able to give me more information just re-affirming we made the “right choice”.
