Lori was very personable and was able to help my wife and I secure a car from out of state. We live in Michigan but highly desired the model and trim level offered by Metro Lexus and needed a vehicle on shor I secure a car from out of state. We live in Michigan but highly desired the model and trim level offered by Metro Lexus and needed a vehicle on short notice. She was very helpful from start to finish, helped us easily understand the buying process from out of state, and made our day at the dealership go rather quickly which was very much needed since we drove 2.5 hours each way. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again to future auto needs. More
