What a GREAT experience to be able to call in advance, get a quote on a trade-in, get a "drive-out" price on the new one and confirm an appointment to go pick up my car. When I walked in the door, Pickle was waiting for me, had my car on the porch and all of the paperwork ready to sign. I only worked with Pickle! He did not take me to the Finance Manager or to the Aftermarket Products Manager or to anyone else! What a delight. Pickle knows what I want and he delivers. No Hassle/No Fuss/No Problem. And, believe it or not, I get exactly the same during the service experience. Whether I have an advance appointment or just drive-in, they are always courteous, prompt and attentive. There is always a follow-up call to make sure I have received the treatment I expected and the quality of service I deserve. JUST GO SEE PICKLE! You won't be disappointed. More

The Highlanders seem to sell as quickly as they arrive at the dealers, so when we were finally ready to purchase, Terry Pickle was able to get the perfect model from another dealer for us. This is our second Toyota purchased from Avondale Toyota because we love the one price, no hassle experience. We also love the fact that Avondale Toyota doesn't put extra add-ons on their vehicles, and doesn't tack on extra charges for "in-demand" vehicles. Just bought a new Tundra from this dealer and it was truly a pleasant experience. Terry Pickle had my deal written up when I showed up at the dealership and from that moment on the transaction was seamless. No addendums on their vehicles and no underhanded shenanigans. It is truly a "One Price" dealership. And buying a car is by no means all about price. It's my money and I want to deal with someone who makes the whole car buying experience enjoyable and Terry Pickle made that happen in spades. I felt like I got a great deal and at the end of the day that's what really matters. They have a customer for life with me. More

Great Dealership We called Terry Pickle and explained what we were looking for, our budget and when we wanted to make the purchase. Terry collected 6 different models We called Terry Pickle and explained what we were looking for, our budget and when we wanted to make the purchase. Terry collected 6 different models for use to review, both used and new. When he had all the models available for us, he called us and we came down to the store and went through each model for about 30 mins, as we were able to quickly decide what made sense for our family. We decided on a Prius Two. Terry and the finance team were very quick to fill out and complete our paperwork. Our entire time at the store amounted to 2 hours, which in Auto-Buying-years is just a blink of an eye. Terry gave us facts about each vehicle, and made the process very enjoyable. We appreciate the Avondale Toyota team and have enjoyed our Prius for the last two months. I know I'll buy from Avondale Toyota again, this is our fourth vehicle. More
