Came in today for an oil change for my 2004 Sienna. Everything went quick and they had my car washed up, oil changed and we were back on the road in under 1 hour. Everyone I have dealt with displayed courtesy, professionalism and honesty. First contact with phone rep. was short and offered near future reservations. He was wonderfully efficient and polite. Terry Johnson/CS rep. did the intake and has been handling my needs for over five years future reservations. He was wonderfully efficient and polite. Finally, I had a add-on sales need and Dan Scholer/parts rep. was excellent in providing exactly what product for floor protection that I needed. I took a book with me and stayed in a very well lit and nicely appointed client waiting room to wait for my car to be serviced. More

I brought our Camray in on January 17th as the tire pressure dash light was illuminated. Matt Knutson checked all the tires and brought the low tire up to 31 pounds. I was quickly back on the road. The pressure dash light was illuminated. Matt Knutson checked all the tires and brought the low tire up to 31 pounds. I was quickly back on the road. The following morning, the dash light was on again and the tire appeared flat. I brought the car in immediately and Terry Johnson said the repair would take 45 minutes or less. The estimated repair (a patch) was determined to be not feasible because of the location of the hole; so a plug was inserted. The work actually took about 1-1/2 hours to complete, included a car wash. So far (as of January 19, the repair seems to be holding up. The service greeters on both days were friendly and helpful as were Matt and Terry. More

Had to make an "emergency" visit to the service department as the battery in my Prius died. Without an appointment, the service department took my car in, evaluated the battery and replace service department as the battery in my Prius died.
