We had a great buying experience at Bill Kay Buick GMC Herb Brooks was a very personable and knowledgeable sales representative. We had an appointment to see and test drive a 2020 GMC Terrain. Although w Herb Brooks was a very personable and knowledgeable sales representative. We had an appointment to see and test drive a 2020 GMC Terrain. Although we did not buy that particular car, both he and Tasha Yates carefully listened to our requirements and found a car that we did want. We had a little glitch with getting our GM Card rebate but that was no fault of the dealership and in fact they worked very hard to make the proper arrangements so that we could buy the car the same day. Overall our experience was pleasant and professional. More
